Community Marketing Initiative
Designed to expand our reach beyond independent retailers, this project focused on marketing our homes to communities that purchase in bulk. The goal was to showcase our offerings in a way that resonated with a B2B audience and stood out from competitors.
Role
As the lead designer, I led the creation of the visual identity and executed the design across all materials. I also managed the production and purchasing of marketing assets, collaborating closely with my team to ensure all creative decisions aligned with effective B2B marketing strategies.
Approach
To engage this audience, we developed a variety of materials, including monthly advertisements in investor magazines, press releases, video brochures, and other standout content. The strategy was to combine creativity with precision, ensuring each piece communicated our brand clearly while appealing directly to decision-makers
Challenges
We needed to translate a traditionally consumer-focused brand into a B2B voice without losing its warmth or accessibility. Balancing data-driven messaging with compelling visuals was essential to appeal to both business investors and community buyers.
Design Highlights
The campaign featured bold typography, clean modular layouts, and consistent use of brand colors to project trust and quality. Motion graphics and video brochures added dynamic storytelling elements that helped distinguish Oak Creek Homes from competitors.
Outcome
While the success was a team effort, the content helped drive significant results. The communities we targeted responded strongly, and the primary salesman for whom we created content was responsible for 30% of total sales during this period.
