A Halloween-inspired marketing campaign promoting a fall home sale event. I concepted and designed the visual theme, blending festive autumn colors with brand-driven typography and imagery to make the promotion stand out across digital and print channels. The campaign encouraged customers to leave a deposit for a chance to win a bonus, combining seasonal excitement with a strong call to action.

Context

To boost engagement during the fall season, Oak Creek Homes launched a Halloween-inspired sales event titled the “Un-BOOlievable Blowout Sale.” The campaign aimed to capture attention during a typically slower sales period by combining seasonal excitement with a clear promotional incentive — encouraging customers to place deposits for a chance to win a bonus reward.
